Hi! my name is Lian.

I'm originally from Panama City, Panama. Right now, I work as a People Operations Associate, Contractor Support at Hero Digital, a well-known independent company that focuses on customer experiences. Leveraging a decade of hands-on experience across diverse sectors such as legal, insurance, operations, marketing, and advertising, I bring a wealth of expertise to my current role.

My academic background encompasses a bachelor’s degree in marketing, an MSc in Digital and Social Media Marketing from the University of Dundee, and a Google UX Design Professional Certificate. Proficient in both Spanish and English, and I'm currently learning German.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a passionate traveller, having explored 17 countries. Documenting my journeys through photography has evolved into a cherished aspect of my travels, with my Instagram account, @lianloo_, serving as a platform for sharing these visual stories.

Spending quality time with family and friends is important to me, and I also find peace in outdoor activities. I love reading, and I'm a true beach lover – it's my ultimate happy place where I find pure joy and tranquillity.
